Present law provides that the address and parish of each petitioner and each person on whose behalf
the petition is filed may remain confidential with the court.
Proposed law requires that the address and parish of each petitioner and each person on whose behalf
the petition is filed remain confidential with the court, unless the petitioner remains in the marital
domicile.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
