SB 30 Original 2020 Regular Session Mizell
Designates the portion of United States Highway 51 between its intersection with Louisiana
Highway 16 near the town of Amite City and a point two and one-half miles south of said
intersection, all in Tangipahoa Parish, as the "Deputy Ed Toefield Jr. Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain appropriate signs of this designation provided local or private
monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material, fabrication,
mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2020.
