Present law creates a Louisiana State University National Champions special prestige license plate.
Proposed law retains present law and designates the plate as the 2019 Louisiana State University
National Champions plate.
Present law requires the D. P. S. & C. to collect the standard motor vehicle registration license fee
provided in R.S. 47:463.
Proposed law makes a technical correction changing "fee" to "tax".
Effective August 1, 2020.
