Proposed law authorizes an insurance company to offer coverage for the cost of disinfecting
fumigation of a building if a person who works or resides in the building has a positive diagnosis for
COVID-19 based upon ten cents per square foot of the area fumigated.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
