Proposed law provides that during the public health emergency declared in Proclamation 25 JBE
2020, and any extension thereof, all deadlines in legal proceedings, including liberative prescriptive
and peremptive periods in all courts, administrative agencies, and boards until the gubernatorial
proclamation of the public health emergency expires.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
