Present law provides relative to home service contract providers and motor vehicle contractor
providers.
Present law provides for application for initial registration and requires certain information be
included in the application, including the telephone number of the provider.
Proposed law removes the requirement that the provider include in the application his telephone
number.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
