Prior law provided relative to home service contract providers and motor vehicle contractor
providers.
Prior law provided for application for initial registration and requires certain information be
included in the application, including the telephone number of the provider.
New law removes the requirement that the provider include in the application his telephone
number.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 5, 2020).
