[R.S. 1:13(B) and 24:177(E)] SCR 25 Original 2020 Regular Session Foil Reconstitutes and extends the deadlines of the Task Force on Protecting Children from Exposure to Pornography, which was created by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 56 of the 2019 Regular Session to study all issues related to children's exposure to pornography and the impact it has on their lives. Provides that the original study, reporting, and termination deadline of the task force was January 1, 2020, and that prior to January 1, 2020, the task force determined that additional time is required to study fully all issues related to the exposure of children to pornography and to prepare and submit its report to the legislature. Provides that the reconstituted task force membership and functions will be as set forth in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 56 of the 2019 Regular Session. Extends the study and reporting deadlines of the task force, and termination date of the task force, to not later than May 1, 2021.
