Pursuant to the requirement set forth in R.S. 49:1401(C), the Joint Legislative Committee on the
Budge gives notice to the departments of the state, and every agency or commission statutorily
created within each of those departments that they are extending the mandate for statutorily provided
reporting for an additional five years.
Directs every department, and every agency or commission statutorily created within each of those
departments to continue to submit all statutorily mandated reports until such time as the mandate is
specifically amended or repealed.
