Pursuant to the requirement set forth in R.S. 49:1401(C), the Senate and Governmental Affairs
Committee gives notice to, and every agency or commission statutorily created within each of those
departments that they are extending the mandate for statutorily provided for reporting for an
additional five years.
Directs the Board of Ethics, Division of Administration, Department of State, Department of Civil
Service, and every agency or commission statutorily created within each of those departments to
continue to submit all statutorily mandated reports until such time as the mandate is specifically
amended or repealed.
