SR 59 2020 Regular Session Fields
Pursuant to the requirement set forth in R.S. 49:1401(C), the Senate Committee on Education
gives notice to the executive branch entities, and every agency, commission, or other entity
statutorily created within each of these, that it is extending the mandate for statutorily
provided reporting for an additional five years.
Directs each statutorily created agency and entity under the jurisdictional oversight of the
Senate Committee on Education to continue to submit statutorily mandated reports until such
time as the mandate is specifically amended or repealed.
