Requests the governor to issue an executive order requiring any person over age two who can tolerate
a mask or cloth face covering to cover their nose and mouth when in a public place or when unable
to maintain or when not maintaining social distance and authorizes business operators and building
owners, and those authorized on their behalf, to deny admittance to individuals over age two, who
are able to medically tolerate a face covering, but who are not wearing a mask or cloth face covering.
