SR 74 2020 Regular Session Carter
Requests the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) to study the matter of racial disparities
in COVID-19 death rates in this state. In conducting the study, the LDH shall engage and
solicit input from the governor's COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force.
Requires findings from the study be submitted to each member of the Senate no later than
60 days prior to 2021 RS.
