SENATE. Adds two additional members to the Senate Executive Committee.
1 A RESOLUTION
2 To amend Senate Rule 13.22(A) of the Rules of Order of the Senate, relative to the Senate
3 Executive Committee; to add two additional members to the committee.
4 BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana amends and
5 readopts Senate Rule 13.22(A) of the Rules of Order of the Senate to read as follows:
6 Rule 13.22. Senate Executive Committee
7 A. There shall be a special committee to be called the Senate Executive
8 Committee which shall be composed of seven nine members as follows: ex officio,
9 the President and the President Pro Tempore; the chairs of the Senate Committee on
10 Finance and the Senate Committee on Senate and Governmental Affairs; and three
11 five members of the Senate appointed by the President. The president, or one of the
12 members of the committee designated by him, shall chair the committee.
