Abstract: Provides for civil liability when requiring COVID-19 vaccinations.
Proposed law provides for civil liability for public and private entities that require COVID-19
vaccinations for employment, school admissions, entry into premises, or services rendered.
Proposed law retains the rights and remedies afforded to employees under the Louisiana Workers'
Compensation Law.
