ACT 278 (HB 192) 2021 Regular Session Gaines
Existing law provides that retail dealers of alcoholic beverages may only use cash or terms
requiring payment no later than 15 days following that on which actual delivery is made
when buying products from a wholesale dealer or manufacturers.
New law additionally allows retailers to pay by credit card.
Effective August 1, 2021.
