Existing law provides for nine judgeships in the 21st Judicial District.
New law retains existing law.
Existing law (Act 3 of the 2007 R.S.) establishes a judgeship within the 21st Judicial District,
Division I, which has subject matter jurisdiction limited to juvenile matters.
New law retains existing law and codifies Section 2 of Act 3 of the 2007 R.S.
Effective August 1, 2021.
