Abstract: Removes ability for curator to consent to abortion or sterilization of the interdict with
prior court authorization.
Present law provides that a curator may not consent to an abortion or sterilization of the interdict
without prior court authorization.
Proposed law removes ability for curator to consent to abortion or sterilization of the interdict with
prior court authorization.
