This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not 3signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature 4by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If 5vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become 6effective on the day following such approval. Present law provides that the information reported pursuant to present law is confidential. Present law defines "commercial motor vehicle". Present law provides that present law shall become void on May 1, 2025. Proposed law repeals present law. Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
