ACT 231 (HB 373) 2021 Regular Session Bishop
Existing law requires companies that manage a public body's information technology
infrastructure, security, or end-user systems to register with the secretary of state.
New law prohibits the secretary of state from disclosing such registration information except
to a public body.
Effective upon signature of governor (June 11, 2021).
