GREEN SHEET REDIGEST HB 396 2021 Regular Session Turner COURTS/COURT COSTS: Provides relative to fees for services by constables and marshals DIGEST Present law places the marshal of the city of Ruston under a separate fee schedule. Proposed law provides that in accordance with present law, the increase in court costs or fees as provided for in proposed law only become effective if and when the Judicial Council provides a favorable recommendation in the Judicial Council 2022 Report to the Louisiana Legislature.
