ACT 75 (HB 413) 2021 Regular Session Nelson
Designates the overpass on N. Causeway Blvd. at the interchange with La. Hwy. 22 and U.S.
Hwy. 190, in St. Tammany Parish, as the "Captain Vincent N. Liberto, Jr., Memorial
Overpass".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain
appropriate signage reflecting this designation provided local or private monies are received
by the DOTD in an amount equal to the costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and
installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2021.
