Abstract: Provides technical changes to provisions relative to self-insured trusts and association-
sponsored self-insured trusts.
Present law provides for self-insured trusts and association-sponsored self-insured trusts to effect,
maintain, and operate certain trust agreements.
Proposed law makes technical changes. Otherwise retains present law.
