Synopsis of Senate Amendments
1.Adds that proposed law is for code enforcement.
Digest of Bill as Finally Passed by Senate
Present law regulates the enforcement of the state uniform construction code.
Proposed law retains present law and for the purposes of code enforcement, requires
inspections to be conducted by a registered certified building inspector and requires the
inspector to be on site for such inspections.
