ACT 338 (HB 437) 2021 Regular Session Gadberry
Existing law regulates the enforcement of the state uniform construction code.
New law requires that, for the purposes of code enforcement, inspections be conducted by
a registered certified building inspector and requires the inspector to be on site for such
inspections.
Effective August 1, 2021.
