The portion of Louisiana Highway 563 between Louisiana Highway 150 7and Interstate 20 near Simsboro, Louisiana, in Lincoln Parish shall be known and hereby 8redesignated as the "Johnny Lynn Cole Memorial Highway". 9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are 10hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation 11provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's 12actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to 13exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
