HB 47 Original 2021 Regular Session Travis Johnson
Redesignates the portion of LA 563 between LA 150 and I-20 near Simsboro, La., in Lincoln Parish
as the "Johnny Lynn Cole Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting the highway designation provided local or private monies are received by DOTD
equal to its actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not
to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
