1.Limits the prohibition against discrimination to apply only to access to state
facilities based on a person's COVID-19 vaccination status.

Proposed law prohibits the denial of access to a state-owned, state-funded, or state-operated
facility intended for public use by a person based on whether the person has received a
COVID-19 vaccination during the time period that the COVID-19 vaccinations are
administered pursuant to emergency use authorization from the Federal Drug Administration.
