1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 33:4574(F)(11), relative to the Livingston Parish Convention and Visitors'
3 Bureau; to provide for changes to the tourist commission's board of directors; and to
4 provide for related matters.
5 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published
6 as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of
7 Louisiana.
8 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
9 Section 1. R.S. 33:4574(F)(11) is hereby enacted to read as follows:

14 (11) Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph (1) of this Subsection, the
15 Livingston Parish Convention and Visitors' Bureau shall be governed by a board of
16 nine directors appointed by the governing authority of Livingston Parish.

18 Section 2. The governing authority of Livingston Parish may determine the initial
19 terms of additional directors provided for by this Act.

1 Section 3. The Louisiana State Law Institute is hereby directed to change all
2 references to the "Livingston Parish Tourist Commission" to the "Livingston Parish
3 Convention and Visitors' Bureau" in R.S. 33:4574(B)(19) and 4574.1.1(A)(19) and R.S.
4 47:302.41.
