HB 627 Reengrossed 2021 Regular Session	Huval
Authorizes the transfer of certain state property in St. Martin Parish, for consideration proportionate
to the appraised value of each property, and with a reservation of the state's mineral interests in any
property transferred under the act, from the commissioner of administration to the following parties:
(1)Tex Angelle
(2)Andre' Dugas
(3)Savanna Broussard Guilbeau
(4)Clinton J. and Katy J. Angelle
(5)Lewis O. Bordelon
(6)Marvin D. France
(7)Warren Lockridge and Janice Harris
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
Summary of Amendments Adopted by House
The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Natural Resources and
Environment to the original bill:
1. Authorize the state to transfer an additional tract of land in St. Martin Parish to Andre'
Dugas.
2. Remove authority for the state to transfer certain property located in St. Martin Parish to
Marco Guilbeau.
3. Make technical changes.
The House Floor Amendments to the engrossed bill:
1. Remove approximate acreage in Tract #1 that the state is authorized to transfer to Andre'
Dugas.
2. Change approximate acreage in Tract #1that the state is authorized to transfer to Clinton
J. and Katy J. Angelle from 0.11 acres to 0.95 acres. 3. Make technical changes.
