ACT 354 (HB 656) 2021 Regular Session Glover
Designates Interstate 220, specifically at Exit 7A in Shreveport and Caddo Parish, as the
"Minnion Dewayne Jackson Memorial Overpass".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain
appropriate signage reflecting this highway designation provided local or private monies are
received by the DOTD equal to its actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and
installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2021.
