R.S. 13:5722(A)(2)(f) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง5722. Present law establishes the Coroner's Operational Fund and a criminal court fee on certain defendants dedicated to defraying the operational costs of the office of the coroner in the parish in which the conviction occurred. Provides for an additional fee in certain parishes for the support of the coroner. Proposed law authorizes an additional fee of not more than five dollars on every defendant who is convicted in all courts in Tensas Parish to be used solely to defray the operational costs of the coroner's office.
