ACT 360 (HB 679) 2021 Regular Session Hilferty
Existing law requires the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Bd. to report quarterly to the city
council relative to its operations. Requires that the report include the percentage of
receivables outstanding and a delinquency schedule.
New law additionally requires that the report contain the total value of receivables
outstanding and a copy of the board's policies and procedures for bill collection.
Effective August 1, 2021.
