HIGHWAYS:  Designates a portion of United States Highway 425 in the town of Mangham
as the "Marshall Waters, Jr. Memorial Highway"
1	AN ACT
2To designate a portion of United States Highway 425 in Mangham, Louisiana, as the
3 "Marshall Waters, Jr. Memorial Highway"; and to provide for related matters.
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1.  The portion of United States Highway 425 that passes through Mangham,
6Louisiana, shall be known and hereby designated as the "Marshall Waters, Jr. Memorial
7Highway".
8 Section 2.  The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
9hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
10provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
11actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
12exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.

received by DOTD equal to its actual costs for material, fabrication, maintaining posts, and
installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
