Abstract: Exempts the water system of the City of Patterson from certain requirements relative to
water system operators.
Present law requires, with limited exceptions, that surface water systems shall have a certified
operator present at all times while the treatment facility is in operation.
Proposed law exempts the water system of the City of Patterson from this requirement. Otherwise,
retains present law.
