Urges and requests the Louisiana Department of Economic Development and the State Board
of Commerce and Industry to suspend the Louisiana Industrial Ad Valorem Tax Exemption
Program and other tax incentives, subsidies, and other public financial support relative to
certain utility scale solar projects until 30 days after final adjournment of the 2022 Regular
Session of the Legislature.
