Urges and requests the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to study the feasibility
and reasonableness of increasing the gross vehicle weight and axle weight limits for an annual
permit. Requires the DOTD submit a report to the House and Senate transportation committees
detailing the results of the study by Feb. 1, 2022.
