HCR 87 2021 Regular Session Robert Owen
Establishes the Kidney Disease Prevention and Education Task Force, a 13-member group
created for the purposes of studying and making recommendations for increasing awareness
of chronic kidney disease and working with policymakers, public health entities, and
educational institutions to create educational health programs to promote awareness of
kidney disease. Requires the task force to submit a written report of its findings and
recommendations to the legislature not later than 30 days prior to the convening of the 2022
Regular Session.
