Summary of Amendments Adopted by House The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice to the original bill: 1. Change the number of states that have currently legalized the possession of cannabis from 14 to 17. 2. Rephrase the statement of intent of the legislature. 3. Add elements for consideration by the legislature when conducting the study. 4. Specify the time for submission of the report. 5. Specify the organizations with which the committee or subcommittee is to work. 6. Specify that House employees are to staff the committee or subcommittee.
