Lottery Corporation to develop data-sharing agreements which would facilitate checking of data for

The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Health and Welfare to the
original bill:
1. Revises the function of the resolution such that it would request the Dept. of Children
and Family Services, the La. Gaming Control Board, and the La. Lottery Corporation to
develop data-sharing agreements which would facilitate checking of data for
identification of lottery and other gaming winners who receive Supplemental Nutrition
Assistance Program benefits.
