HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 77

COMMENDATIONS: Commends Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., on the occasion of his
retirement
1 A RESOLUTION
2To commend Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., on the occasion of his retirement.
3 WHEREAS, Dr. Rholdon is a 1976 graduate of Louisiana State University Medical
4School in New Orleans; he completed his internship and residency at Charity Hospital in
5New Orleans from July 1976 to June 1979; and
6 WHEREAS, Dr. Rholdon began at North Oaks Pediatric Clinic on December 19,
71979 and has attentively provided pediatric medical care to the children of Hammond and
8nearby communities for the past forty-two years; and
9 WHEREAS, throughout his career, Dr. Rholdon was very involved in the North Oaks
10clinic; he served on the OB/Pediatrics Steering Committee, the Emergency Medicine
11Steering Committee, the Medical Executive Committee, the Quality Assurance Committee,
12the Medical Records Committee, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee; and
13 WHEREAS, Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., is most deserving of recognition for providing
14more than four decades of pediatric medical care in the Hammond area.
15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
16Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., on the occasion of
17his retirement; does hereby recognize Dr. Rholdon's dedication to the health of children; and
18does hereby extend sincere hopes that he enjoy a fulfilling retirement.
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to Dr.
20Roger Rholdon, Sr.
