HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 77

A RESOLUTION
To commend Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., on the occasion of his retirement.
WHEREAS, Dr. Rholdon is a 1976 graduate of Louisiana State University Medical
School in New Orleans; he completed his internship and residency at Charity Hospital in
New Orleans from July 1976 to June 1979; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Rholdon began at North Oaks Pediatric Clinic on December 19,
1979 and has attentively provided pediatric medical care to the children of Hammond and
nearby communities for the past forty-two years; and
WHEREAS, throughout his career, Dr. Rholdon was very involved in the North Oaks
clinic; he served on the OB/Pediatrics Steering Committee, the Emergency Medicine
Steering Committee, the Medical Executive Committee, the Quality Assurance Committee,
the Medical Records Committee, and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., is most deserving of recognition for providing
more than four decades of pediatric medical care in the Hammond area.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Dr. Roger Rholdon, Sr., on the occasion of
his retirement; does hereby recognize Dr. Rholdon's dedication to the health of children; and
does hereby extend sincere hopes that he enjoy a fulfilling retirement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to Dr.
Roger Rholdon, Sr.
