RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 300 (SB 179) 2021 Regular Session Connick Prior law provided that prior to accepting a request for a prearranged ride on a transportation network company's network, the company shall disclose to its drivers the types and limits of insurance coverage it provides relative to the driver's use of a personal vehicle in connection with the transportation network company's digital network. New law retains prior law and requires that transportation network companies also disclose to its drivers any liability coverages rejected by the company prior to the driver accepting a prearranged ride on the transportation network company's digital network.
