Designates the portion of US Hwy 90 Business-Westbank Expressway between Louisiana
Street and Victory Drive in the city of Westwego in Jefferson Parish as the "Michael D.
Louviere Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain appropriate signs of this designation provided local or
private monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for
material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $550 per
sign.
Effective August 1, 2021.
