ACT 57 (SB 28) 2021 Regular Session Henry
Authorizes the transfer of certain state property in Orleans Parish from the University of
Louisiana System and the division of administration to The Ogden Museum of Southern Art,
Inc. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state. Terminates the authority to
transfer on June 30, 2024.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 4, 2021).
