SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 205

COMMENDATIONS. Commends Landry Rivers on being selected as the 2021 Bossier
Parish Elementary Student of the Year.
1 A RESOLUTION
2 To commend Landry Rivers on being selected as the 2021 Bossier Parish Elementary
3 Student of the Year.
4 WHEREAS, Landry Rivers is a fifth grader at Princeton Elementary School in
5 Bossier Parish; and
6 WHEREAS, at Princeton Elementary, she serves as president of the 4-H club; a
7 Fellowship of Christian Athletes leader; a Pride of Princeton school ambassador; and, a
8 member of the archery and robotics teams; and
9 WHEREAS, Landry also participates in her district's Activating Inquisitive Minds
10 program for elementary gifted and talented students, and serves her community through her
11 church and other organizations; and
12 WHEREAS, Landry Rivers has demonstrated a commitment to excellence that is
13 commendable in a person of her youth and she is most deserving of the title she has earned
14 as 2021 Bossier Parish Elementary Student of the Year.
15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
16 does hereby commend Landry Rivers on being selected as the 2021 Bossier Parish
17 Elementary Student of the Year.
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to
