LEGISLATION: Designates Act No. 403 of the 2021 Regular Session as "The Zachary
'Zack' Joseph Cutrer Act"
1 AN ACT
2To provide relative to Act No. 403 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislature of
3 Louisiana, relative to tobacco products; to provide for the naming of a previous Act
4 of the legislature; to provide for the naming of a certain Act addressing the use of
5 tobacco products by minors; and to provide for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. Act No. 403 of the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislature of Louisiana
8shall be known and may be cited as "The Zachary 'Zack' Joseph Cutrer Act".
