Abstract: Designates Act No. 403 of the 2021 Regular Session as "The Zachary 'Zack' Joseph
Cutrer Act".
Proposed law provides that Act No. 403 of the 2021 Regular Session, relative to tobacco products,
shall be known and may be cited as "The Zachary 'Zack' Joseph Cutrer Act".
