Existing law defines "drug paraphernalia".
New law excludes rapid fentanyl test strips (FTS) or any testing equipment or devices solely
used, intended for use, or designed to determine whether a substance contains fentanyl or its
analogues as "drug paraphernalia".
New law shall be cited and referred to as "Gabby's Law".
Effective August 1, 2022.
