Abstract: Removes the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans from the Advisory
Committee on Perfusion and provides one member of the Louisiana Hospital Association to
represent hospitals providing rehabilitation services.
Present law requires the Advisory Committee on Perfusion to be composed of certain members,
including a member from nominees submitted by the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans.
Proposed law removes the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans and requires the Louisiana
Hospital Association to submit a member nominee.
Present law requires one member of the Louisiana Hospital Association rehabilitation constituency
group to be one of the members of the Advisory Committee on Perfusion.
Proposed law requires one member of the Louisiana Hospital Association to represent hospitals
providing rehabilitation services.
